Engine torque is delivered to the Final Drive. Then, the torque is transmitted by the Final drive planet
The gear is decelerated and output to the sprocket.
Torque transmission path
Pinion gear ⇒ gear ⇒ planetary gear ⇒ shaft ⇒ sprocket hubl ⇒ sprocket ⇒ track shoes
Due to the gap between the sprocket hub and the final gearbox, dirt can pass through when the sprocket hub rotates
The gap enters.

A floating seal prevents dirt from entering.
